Received this before Christmas but just got round to sharing. It’s from The Woodland Trust, thought it was a good example of a simple, easy to follow email (image below) and landing page (image at bottom).
The layout is straightforward and there is an obvious call to action to tempt you into signing up, worth taking a look.
