Major community event in West London with over 10,000 visitors
Brentford Festival
The first Brentford Festival took place in 2005 and has grown into a major community event in West London with visitors growing from 3,000 to over 10,000.
Held on the first Sunday in September in Blondin Park, this popular event is free to enter and is a community engagement day for all the family. The Brentford Festival gives an opportunity for charities and local businesses to showcase themselves.
Organised and run by a team of volunteers, all profits from each festival are invested into the next year’s events.
Visitors are invited to visit the many eateries, take refreshment and to try out new activities. With a live stage there is an opportunity for local musicians and performers to play to a large audience to gain new followings. Previous events have included a dog show, a petting zoo, a classic vehicles display and Royal Horticultural Society workshops.
